List Your Surplus Inventory. Free.
Instaparts gives Tier 1 and Tier 2 aerospace companies a free way to sell surplus and excess inventory — no membership fees for sellers, no paywall for buyers, and no minimum commitment.
How It Works
Sign Up & Sign the Agreement
Create a free Instaparts account and accept the consignment agreement. Title to your inventory stays with you until it sells — Instaparts never takes ownership.
Upload Your Inventory
Paste your part numbers, quantities, and pricing, or upload an Excel/CSV file directly. No manual data entry required.
We Review & List It
Our team reviews each listing for traceability and catalog fit, then it goes live — searchable by every buyer on instaparts.ca alongside our own stock.
Built for Sellers, Not Gatekeeping
Completely Free
No membership fees, no per-listing charges, no subscription. List and update your inventory anytime at no cost.
No Paywall for Buyers
Unlike locator platforms that gate search behind a paid membership, every buyer on instaparts.ca can search your listings at no cost — more eyes on your inventory.
Unified Search
Your listings appear in the same search results as the Instaparts catalog, so buyers find your inventory without knowing to look anywhere else.
You Keep Title Until Sold
Consigned goods remain your property and in your possession until a sale completes. We never take ownership of your inventory.
How Pricing Works
You tell us your unit cost for each part — the price you need to receive. Instaparts applies a standard mark-up on top to set the price buyers see on the site, so there is never a fee to list. When an item sells, we remit your unit cost multiplied by the quantity sold, typically within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
You can withdraw unsold items or update pricing at any time — there is no lock-in period and no cost to make changes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does my part number need to already be in the Instaparts catalog?
No. Submit any part number you have available — our team reviews new listings and can add part numbers that are not yet in our catalog.
What does it cost to list inventory?
Nothing. There are no membership fees, listing fees, or subscription charges for sellers. Instaparts' standard mark-up is only applied to the buyer-facing price when an item sells.
How do buyers find my listings?
Approved listings appear in the same search results as the rest of the Instaparts catalog, with no separate search or paywall for buyers to get through.
Who can sell on Instaparts consignment?
Tier 1 and Tier 2 aerospace companies, distributors, and MROs with surplus or excess inventory to move. All listings go through a review for traceability and documentation before going live.
